Excess tds deducted

02 June 2009 can anybody tell me, what i have to do if i have deduct tax of my subcontractor @ 1.3% instead of 1.03%. what should be do with excess amount of tds deducted.

03 June 2009 Deposit the entire amount deducted to the credit of central government. The sub contractor will claim refund from IT dept.
