while filing form I am not getting signature and photo, hence I required to send exam form to specified address. I am not getting any option to upload certificate of service. Do I need to send certificate of service along with exam form to icai. Please advise.

If your photo and signature is not appearing in the exam portal then you are suppose to send the PDF generated form by affixing your photo and signature. But, uploading of Certificate of Service is mandatory before submission. If you are facing issue, then please call up the helpline numbers of the Examination Department.
