EPF Rules require the employer to maintain the Form 11 with them. Any inspecting officer / officer can ask to verify these forms if he deems necessary. What is the penalty, etc. if the employer does not maintain the Form 11 with it?
A declaration Form-11 is to be obtained from all employees joining the establishment.Whether their salary beloe 6500 or greater. Without maitain form No.11 epf dept treat to employee deemed under pf.and it will be penalised as per pf act.
