respected collegues, i want to know the effective date of the entry tax in gujarat. the circular was come on 23rd august 2006 and the notification dated 22nd november 2006,says that the entry tax is enforciable from 4th august 2006 wat is the actual date from which the tax is leviable? pls guide me thanking u in advance
