When goods are sold from maharashtra to orissa then is entry tax to be paid on it.
If yes then does the seller or the buyer pays it.
And what if the seller has collected the entry tax in invoice.
If yes then does the seller or the buyer pays it.

Mr Author,
Entry tax is payable on entry of the scheduled goods into any local area,i.e.Municipality,City area,Panchyat area,etc by the buyer of goods. Such ET has to be paid after their entry only. A seller from Mumbai can not collect the Odisha ET in his invoice. Again the buyer will be called upon to pay for it...MJK
