I have received bill from a transport company...transport company office is in delhi and he delivers the goods in haryana to my office. now i have to entered the bill under the reverse charge in local(sgst n cgst) as he deliver the goods in haryana or his office is in delhi i have to book under IGST , may he deliver any where in the country.
