If you are currently deducting PF you can't stop deduction but you can limit the deduction up to Rs 15,000. If employee doesn't want deduction through self declaration deduction may stopped.

If employee is not willing to deduct PF from his salary on exceeding his salary beyond 15000 and for that he gives his self declaration then PF require to deduct?

If he is already a member of EPF scheme then the deduction only can be limited to 15000 and can't be opted out. Any person joining in an organisation first time as a fresher, can give a letter to the employer stating that he is not interested in PF enrollment voluntarily AND WHOLE HEARTEDLY, and his salary is above 15000/- per month. He is comes under EXPEMPTED employee under EPF scheme and need not enroll him in EPF SCheme. But if he is already a member in any organisation, he has to cover under EPF scheme.
