Eligibility of study material on direct entry conversion

11 January 2017 I was an IPCC student through CPT route but i couldn't clear IPCC in four Attempts so i got Converted under Direct Entry Scheme to start my articleship. So my question is "am i eligible to get the study material again" as one of my friend got the study material in the same process but i din.
