22 July 2014 Sir. I am a student. I am currently publishing a website and getting income from affiliate marketing. Companies have deducted 2% of TDS. I don't have a job/salary. l have 41000 as income in last FY In my efiling panel there is only itr 1 and itr4s I tried to submit 4s but following error occurred "For itr4s presumptive income is mandatory" I treated income as income from other sources. TDS is also treated as income from other sources. I want to refund the TDS paid hope you help

24 July 2014 add TDS to the amount received in the bank account to get the gross income. if you want to File ITR4s, you need to show this income in business and not as other incomes.
