EPF deduction maximum wages limit up to 6500/=
if employee want deduct his contibution after EPF limit he can deposit. no need to employer deposit EPF after EPF limit.
SIR, BUT I SEE IN MANY OF CO. THAT ABOVE RS.6500/= ALSO DEDUCT P.F AND DEPOSIT WITH EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION & ALSO AS PER KNOWLEDGE RS.6500/= LIMIT FOR EMPLOYEE PENSION SCHEME UNDER E.P.F. NOT A MAXIMUM WAGES LIMIT.
