27 August 2014 Return of both AY 2013-14 and AY 2014-15 can be filed u/s 139(4) i.e., Belated Return but for return of AY 2013-14 a maximum penalty if Rs 5000 may be imposed by AO u/s 271F if the assessee was liable to file return u/s 139(1).
