E filing of income tax for the a/y 2011-12 (Income Tax)

Can I file return for the assessment Year 2011-12 now ,with fearing of u/S 243A/234B.

Please help me.

Yes, Return for the A.Y 11-12 can be filed on before 31st march 2013
