I have registered my pan card,forget the password & also secret question answer & I have not filed through e-filing for any previous year. my question is how can I get register for pan again?

Send the request mail for re-set of password to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in with the full details of the pan holder like pan no,name, father's name,date of birth, address. They will response you with in 48 hrs and you can get the mail with testing password. Incase you could not get such response mail from the incometax then try with the default password: test$123.
