01 November 2014 I have rs 31 lakh as my income in A.Y. 2012-13 but i filed return manually instead of filing it electronically. my return is declaed invalid by assessing officer. i have refund claim of rs 430000. Suggest me what to do

02 November 2014 During year ended 31.03.2013 CBDT made mandatory filing of income tax return online whose income exceed Rs. 500000/-

In your case it not mandatory please inform the your concerned AO .
