As per rule 30 of IT Act, 1961. " Within One week from the last day of the month in which deduction is made. However if the same is credited by the assesee to the account of the payee as on on the date upto which the accounts of the payers are made, within 2 months of the expiry of the month in which date falls."
My question is what is the due date for payment if the bill is credited to the party account on 31 March and also paid on 31 March (through Party Account)?
