Dear All,
In tax audit cases ,
First we need to file Audit report online AND ITR later.
This year tax audit report due date is 30.11.2014 (extended ).
What is the due date for filing ITR ? 30.09.2014 or 30.11.2014 but first we need to upload tax audit report .

Gujarat High Court has already directed CBDT to extend the due date for filing the returns. So wait for a while

IT IS ASSUMED - 30.11.14 till now

wait for couple of days cbdt will comw out with extention notification
13 October 2014
Now it is not assumed but sure - 30th Nov.
