I have had registered with MCA site as a business user. While I tried to register/update my new DSC, it is asked for answer to hint question which i couldn't remember. I have raised a compliant, to solve the issue,in MCA site. and as per the e mail from the MCA, I send a mail showing all details to "appl.helpdesk@mca.gov.in". Still I couldn't resolve my problem.
