Whether domestic tp applies if a and b related parties n
A purchased goods worth 3 crores from b and b purchased goods worth 2.75 crores from a ?
Clubbing sale n purchase exceed 5 crores...if applies whether to both units???

No .. only the expenditure (not income) amounts in regard to payment to related persons needs to be seen... thus in above case domestic TP would not be applicable. refer to sec 92BA of the IT Act, 1961
