Which documents are required to file in the Roc and what is the time limit for filling the documents?

24 July 2014 Hardik,

There are various documents prescribed in law which needs to be filed with ROC from time to time. So it is difficult to prepare and share a list now. However if you are asking about a particular transaction than please share the transaction details so that relevant compliances can be shared with you.

There may be various transactions for which filing with ROC is necessary. For example:

1. Appointment of new director
2. Resignation of director
3. Allotment of shares
4. Increase in authorised capital
5. Filing of balance sheet and annual return
