Do not able activate e-fiiling account

29 October 2015 DEAR RESPECTED SIR

I unable to activate e-fiiling account due to lost PIN NO and also lost password. when try
to request resend activation link it ask password and when try to forgot password its show PAN DOES NOT EXIST. PLEASE KINDLY ADVICE
HOW TO SOLVE THIS. Thanks.......

29 October 2015 This is happening because password was feeded when trying to register online but activation was not done. Now you do not know the password which is needed for resending activation link. Now only option is to write an email to validate@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with PAN, date of birth and PAN address. If all the information match with the PAN database they will reset the password and send it on the registered e mail ID.
