26 November 2015 YES HE CAN BECOME DIRECTOR IN 20 COMPANIES AND IN A COMPANY THERE CAN BE MAXIMUM 15 DIRECOTRS. THERE IS NO PROBLEM IF A PERSON IS A DIRECTOR OF A US BASED COMPANY
