30 December 2014 I have a query relating to a Private Limited Company.

What is the maximum salary that we can give to the existing directors of the company,
currently the monthly salary of Mr.A & Mr.B is Rs.1,00,000/- & Rs.10,000/-.

30 December 2014 Service tax is not payable in case of a Managing Director or a Whole-time Director or Executive Director, if the Director is in full time employment of the company.

TDS need to be deducted u/s 192
