01 November 2014 Dear sir,
Our company director already invest the shares money of Rs, 1750000/- received the current period. sum of Rs, 2500000/- . He invest the another company shares Rs, 2400000/-. same period. its applicable short term or Long Term capital gain .

our received the share money as on 17.10.2013 Rs. 2500000/- . he invest the another company share purchased on 07.11.2013 Rs. 2400000/-.
