22 August 2012 One of my friend attempt CPT trice & failed before TYBCOM. Now he got 61% in TYBCOM.

Please advice, how he will become eligible for IPCC as per new rule

On the basis of new scheme of direct registration in IPCC, you will be eligible to take registration in IPCC, as per new rule.
