01 August 2014 Dear All Please guide whether it is compulsory to attach DIR2 for First directors while filing DIR 12.. As per my understanding DIR 2 is required in case directors are appointed in general meeting or additional director.. please help.. its very urgent

02 August 2014 As per rule 17 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules,2014, DIR-2 should be a mandatory attachment of DIR-12 of first Directors.

02 August 2014 Thanks for reply sir. I have filed incorporation forms yesterday. So I am worried about the queries f Ministry.
As per rule 17, the following documents are required: particulars of each person mentioned in the articles as first
director- the same is given in form columns, interest in other firms or bodies
corporate- interest is attached, consent to act as director of the company- i had attached consent letters.. Please let me know still DIR 2 is required.
Also please clarify the name is valid till 12th august.. so if any query is raised by ministry then i have to resolve such query on or before 12th august?
