Hi

Read section 187 C of the Companies Act, 1956 deal with nominee of shares.


You will file Form 22B with ROC within 30 days from the date of receiving declaration from members.


Form-I will be signed by members whose name is in the register of members of the company.

Form-II will be signed by both member and beneficial interest holder and both form will attached as mandatory attachment with Form-22B.

Hi

No, the procedure is same. Form-I is signed by authorised person on behalf of transferor company.
Form-II will be signed by both transferor and transferee.
