I heard that Company cant accept deposit from others other than Directors as per companies Act 2013.Can you please tell me the relavant section

29 January 2016 It was in Companies (acceptance of deposits) Rules ,2014.

But certain relaxation has been made through MCA notification given in http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Amendement_Rules_15092015.pdf
