The issue of form for completion of articles has become late by more than 30 days. It is understood that a condonation fee is to be paid along with condonation letter.Please clear our doubts regarding the following
1. Who should submit condonation letter - the article or the principal 2. To whom the letter is to be sent 3. In whose name demand draft is to be issued
