18 April 2014 Whether an assessee is required to file Declaration in Form 10BA for claiming deduction u/s 80GG? If yes where he needs to submit the Declaration if he files his income tax return online?

19 April 2014 there is no need to file Form 10BA when you are filing online return. if the tax authorities subsequently ask for the same, it can be submitted in response to such request.
