Dear Sir,
Suppose son of Mr.X is in coma from last 5 years due to an accident. can Mr X availe deduction of 80DD

only that year exp.claimed as a deduction
10 July 2012
but as per section 80DD deduction of rs. 100000/-shall be allowed if dependentis a person with serve disability above 80% can Mr X Availed deduction of Rs. 100000/-
