joginder ( Author ) 11 March 2010	hello everyone Can some body tell me according to new tds rules what is date of deposit of tds on salary. whether TDS will be deducted on due basis on payment basis.


CMA. Sanjay Gupta ( Expert ) 11 March 2010	TDS TO BE DEDUCTED ON DATE OF PAYMENT OR CREDIT WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. DATE OF DEPOSIT 7TH OF NEXT MONTH.
