I would like to know date of applicability 14% Service Tax Rate.
i have to raise invoice d.t 1st April 2015. can i charge 14% or not

the new rate is yet not notified by department so the current rate of 12.36% continues to apply now.

charge the old rate, dont charge new rate as it wil b illegal.. because new rate had not been notified yet....
