Cs articleship - 36 months new alternate training program

i have registered for the cs executive in FEBRUARY 2012.

recently , as icsi has announced that the registered executive students can take up 36 months of article-ship.

i want to know whether this new training structure holds good for me since i have registered in FEBRUARY 2012.??

can i get registered with a practicing cs for 36 months as soon as this amendment comes into effect??

The 36 months training programme is not implemented by Institute till date. So old 15 months training periods is only applicable.
