Clarification on Applicability of CPE hours requirement for the newly enrolled members during the block of three years 1.1.2011 to 31.12.2013. - (09-12-2013) is also applicable in block 2014-16 if no clarification for block year 2014-16 is issued by ICAI?

if membership is from 09/12/2013..... year 2013 is exempt from CPE. next block is 2014,2015,2016. 30 hours per year, out of 30, atleast 20 should be structured. The declaration for unstructured may be given once the same are complete but not later than 31/05/2017 for the year 2016

if you have no member of ICAI in any year, they you can pay the Member ship fee, propbable its no tell m e you can pay now past 10 years member ship fee to institute. if you qualify the CA in current year.?
