Can you please let me know what would be cost of incorporation of Pvt Ltd Company with the MCA of Form 1A,1,18,32, Stamp Duty, Filing Fees etc. for a Company:
1) Has 4 directors(including 3 foreign nationals)
2) Capital of 8 crores
If ayn other details are required, please let me know.
Obviously once it is formed, it'll have to apply for PAN card, TAN no., VAT regn, CST regn, Service Tax Regn., Profession Tax Regn etc. but what I'm looking for is an estimate only of Company Formation exps with the MCA..

Dear Friend, For incorporation of Company with minimum Capital requirement i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- approx government fees will be Rs.10,500/- for DIN, DSC, NAME approval, Stamp Duty, RoC filing fees etc. For further query kindly contact csladda@ymail.com Regards
