04 April 2012 Is Corporate Dividend tax taken on provisional basis in the Annual Report.

If yes then while showing the provision the next year for comparison on an annual basis, can actual amount be showed

12 April 2012 The provision for CDT and actuals will be same amount and it will not be different.
If u r making a provision for proposed dividend in books, then appropriate provision for CDT is also required to be made in books.
