26 July 2016 Dear Sir,
A Salaried person whose gross Salary was above 5 lacs in Ay. 2014-15, has received compliance notice for non filing of return. However deductor has deducted tds on his salary.
Now at compliance link which one of following option that he should choose -
1. Return Under Prepration (whether return can be file under this option)
2. Others
Please advise me.

26 July 2016 you can state your REAL reason......(Many a times there is a mis notion in the minds of salary earners that TDS is done means return is filed.... )
