11 January 2013 If cash payment is made Rs.20,000/- then Sec 40a(3) attracts or not???

Exceeding Rs.20,000/- means payment made Rs.20,000/- and above or 20,001 ???

Please clarify the same...

11 January 2013 besides that it depends upon nature of payment, i.e. capital or revenue and both the bill and payment should be more than inr 20000.
