Create company at minimum cost

02 July 2011 Please suggest how I can start a company at minimum cost. It can be proprietorship (in wife's name) or partnership (wife & me). I want to keep it really simple because we are at experimental stage. Also, can I operate from a savings bank a/c (say in wife's name)?
