Consultancy service (urgent pl.)

20 August 2015 Dear Experts,

I have done consultancy service from various places and i got the payment around Rs.500000/- through cheques without deducting TDS of 10%. In 26AS also not appearing because of non deduction of TDS.

Now, i want to file the ITR 4s ? how i file the return ? Pl help me.
