my question is:
if a builders company is only constructing educational institutions like college or schools, will service tax liability be exempt or tax liability exist?

government school & colleges are exemption as per notification 25/2012-st and read Circular No. 172/7/2013 – ST F. No.B1/14/2013-TRU i hope above notification ur doubts clarifies
