28 October 2013 please reply, does a dealer in computers liable to pay service tax ?
wont it come under the PURCHASe/sale OF GOODS IN THE NATURE OF TRADING.(NEGATIVE LIST) my doubt may sound stupid for people with good knowledge in st but please reply.
