sir which company has to deduct compulsory
EPF.

and which employee has to pay compulsory EPF from his salary

please suggest me

29 January 2015 All the companies in which more than 20 workers are employed are covered under Employees Provident Fund Act and are liable to deduct PF on the Salary given to employees if Basic+DA part of Salary dont exceed Rs. 15000/- P.M earlier it was 6500/- PM.
