08 August 2017 Our firm is registered under gst regular dealer if we purchase goods from composition dealer then how the taxation work

09 August 2017 you can do that.
RCM will not come into play.
You wont be able to avail any ITC on the goods purchased from composition dealer.

09 August 2017 If you purchase from a Composition dealer he will not charge tax.

As a result you will not get tax credit.
