23 December 2011 please tell me what are the industrial and civil laws applicable to a chemical manufacturing company. The company is in manufacture of perfumes, aroma products.

I recommend that you also study the provisions of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in India and ensure the Company is ISO compliant to benchmark itself with International Quality Standards.
