Urgent Sir, I did not send my form 108 within the stipulated time period.Now I have to take DD of Rs 300 and write a condonation letter.the delay was because of me.My doubt is who should write condonation letter? Please tell me

You can write it with signature of your principal...stating all reasons of delay... Still your can wait for other expert views
