ex: Mr A was appointed in place of casual vacancy of director appointed in GM, and in few days Mr A expired. Now can the board again fill casual vacancy. if so please provide relevant MCA clarification or anything

As per section 161(4) in case of public company, casual vacancy can be filled by BOD. In companies Bill 2016 the word public will be omitted. You can also appoint person as additional director as there is no such restriction. Regards
