we have a company who's registered office of the company is sealed by bank now what should company do??is it require to comply with annual filling with roc income tax etc??what compliance are to be done with ROC or INCOME TAX???can company declare director home as registered office or administrative office and continue working???
You can change the registered office only with the permission of Bank which I think is not possible in current situation. As registered office is not available, you can not hold your AGM which is to be hold only at the registered office. I would recommend to apply to ROC for extansion of time for holding AGM. Kindly refer section 96 of Companies Act 2013.
You can continue other work from some other office.
