14 January 2013 Dear Arifa Khan,

1. First of all, approach one CA and get prepare the Financial Statements, Annual Report from 2007-08 to 2011-12 and file it immediately.

2. before filing you need to file one more Form 61 to open the filing option.

3. Depends upon your Authorised Share Capital you need to pay the filing fee with aditional fee.

4. Your auditor will explain you in detail.

5. Congratulation and best of luck for your future ventrue.

14 January 2013 first you have to prepare your accounts and file form 61 for converting the satus of the company from dormant to active for late filing the anual accounts. As your company came in the defaulters list so you needs to resort to the compounding the offence for the violation of sections 166, 159, 220, 210.
