I have Not Submitted Company Audit Report for FY 2011-12 of a Company by Mistake under Companies Act.

So My Q is
what would be the Fine Applicable & Other applicable charges please clarify?

15 April 2014 just submit the back dated report. the company can file the same with MCA alongwith other filings. fine shall be 9 times the normal fees
